Mr. Sundeep Sikka is the Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited (Formerly known as Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited) (NAM India). Sundeep has held both Vice-Chairman and Chairman positions of the industrial body AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India). Sundeep joined NAM India in 2003, holding various leadership positions before being elevated in 2009, when he became one of the youngest CEOs of India. Possessing rich experience in the financial services sector, Sundeep went on to lead NAM India towards tremendous growth of assets and to emerge as one of the most trusted mutual fund houses in India. He has grown the company to an all-round brand that thrice won ‘Aon Best Employer’ in the last four years and was certified ‘Great Place to Work’ in 2018. He has not only been responsible for the growth of the company but also forging a relationship with Nippon Life, acquisition of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (India), and listing NAM India on stock exchanges.

Sundeep is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having also completed an MBA from Pune University. He closely works with Regulatory Bodies i.e. RBI, SEBI and Ministry of Finance on matters related to asset management.

Mr. Hiroshi Fujikake currently serves as the Chief Planning and Business Excellence Officer, Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited. He joined Nippon Life Insurance Company in the year 1996. Since then he has performed various roles within Nippon Life Insurance Company. In his previous role as Deputy General Manager in Credit Investment Department he was overseeing whole operation of credit investment covering the US, Europe and Asia including securitized products, exploring for new type of investments strategy in order to expand coverage and investment amount, planning for department structure or operation in order to strengthen credit investment capabilities, etc. He holds Bachelor degree of Economics form Nagoya University in Japan.



Mr Manu Chadha is a practicing Chartered Accountant and a Senior Partner in M/s T R Chadha & Co., Chartered Accountants. He has vast experience of more than 30 years in Auditing, Financial and Management Consultancy with a specialization in corporate advisory services, project financing / governance, Corporate Laws and Management Consultancy having expertise in the areas of Consultancy to foreign companies and Joint Ventures including work relating to FEMA matters, RBI and FIPB. He had also served as Vice Chairman of Northern India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for two years. He has served on the Boards’ of Punjab National Bank, National Insurance Co. Ltd., Dena Bank, SBI Mutual Fund, Canfin Homes Ltd., PNB Housing Finance Ltd., etc. Earlier he was on the Censor Board, Mumbai, appointed by the Information and Broadcasting Ministry and on the Direct Tax Advisory Committee, appointed by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
